Dear
Customers,
Hurricane
Floyd has come and gone from the Eastern Shore and we are none the worse for it. We got
about 8 inches of rain and some wind but that was it. There were some areas nearby that
got localized flooding and some property loss but nothing like the South. Harriett and I
worked in the shop through the whole thing . We were apparently one of very few places
open that day. We got a lot done.
We
have a new employee on board. His name is Bruce Chandler and he seems to be catching on
quickly. We feel certain he will be a valuable asset to our company.
Our
racing business usually falls off about now but we are still pretty busy doing cams for
the last circle track races of the season and for people that want to try to get a head
start with a new combination for next year. Were getting a pretty good number of
orders for drag race cams now as well.
Be
sure to check out our web site for our track champions page. It should be up by next week.
It will be a permanent page. We were going to put them in the newsletter but we ran out of
room the 1st day. There will be other additions as not all tracks have ended
their points program.
